Jamie Szymonik is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach from the United Kingdom with an International Diploma from the European Institute of Fitness which is accredited by the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM). Prior to becoming ‘the boss’ at The Studio by Jamie Luke Health & Fitness he was a Finance and Risk Analyst in the UK.
Jamie specializes in personal and group TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) training, a form of suspension training that uses equipment developed by former Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. The training uses a broad variety of body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
The studio is situated in a palatial building in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. The space is also used for yoga classes and there is a small co-working area available.
