Viet Kitchen opened in July 2018 and is situated on Carrer d’Aribau the heart of the Eixample neighborhood. The restaurant has brought to Barcelona authentic dishes of Vietnam including Phở (a comforting soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat) and Bánh mì (a baguette sandwich filled with a variety of savory ingredients). Pictured below are items from the vegetarian tasting menu (meat and vegan options are also available).

Traditional Vietnamese Coffee.
Viet Kitchen is the joint creation of Hoang (from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) and Emanuele (from northern Italy, near Milan) who conceived the idea while watching a Nigella Lawson TV show. After a year of travel throughout Asia and South America and they decided to settle in Barcelona. The restaurant is inspired by Hoang’s Vietnamese heritage and in particular the excellent cuisine of his mum! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food a deliciously refreshing change from the local fare.
